Meet the Founder

When safeguarding concerns escalate, clarity matters.

I founded ARA Investigations to support schools, housing providers, and care services facing serious complaints or misconduct. I provide calm, independent support that helps organisations respond with confidence. My goal is always to protect people at risk and bring clarity to complex situations.

My work is impartial, trauma aware, and focused on facts. I don’t come in to blame or judge. I investigate to understand what happened, to uncover the truth, and to give leadership a clear and fair basis for action.

I served as a police constable in the Metropolitan Police, specialising in child protection, domestic abuse, community safety, and offender management. I’ve led or supported over 500 interviews in safeguarding investigations, working with victims, professionals, and those accused of serious harm.

Outside policing, I also managed night shelters in the charity sector. I worked closely with people in crisis, offering practical help and a dignified and trauma informed approach to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
