We approach all cases with trauma-informed awareness. Our methods minimise harm and avoid re-traumatisation while upholding rigour and fairness.

S - Safeguarding First

The safety and wellbeing of children, vulnerable adults, and staff guide every decision we make. Safeguarding law takes precedence over organisational politics.

T - Truthful Reporting

Our findings are based solely on evidence. We do not adjust outcomes to suit expectations. Our duty is to report what's true - even when it's difficult.
